Any NL clear dojo yet? Yesterday was the first time I tried the dojo since the revamp, well really the first time I did the dojo ever since they went to only giving out 3 gloves per class months ago. Couldn't even kill Arkarium :( When I checked the rankings, there weren't any NL who had managed to clear the dojo. IDK if its just Windia, or I just checked too early in the week, but can any NL here still clear dojo, and if you can what are some tricks you have for the new dojo?
How should I scroll my risk holder? I'm completely unfunded, only have about 2bil and I was wondering how to scroll my claw. Should I use the 70% 5att option since it is so much cheaper and then just innocence it later when I am more funded? Or should I use the 15/30% option and wait til I'm done with it? Since star force is coming I feel like the 70% option is better since its so much easier to get stars now, which means that I won't have to worry about the stars when I go to innocence it, but I wanted to get other opinions before I started scrolling.
What changes would you make to Nl? 5th job skills you want? Personally I want either a higher dodge chance from shadow shifter or to have it apply to all attacks in the game, including the unnavoidable %hp attacks from bosses. It really feels like we got shafted on that one since we were the only class that had any skill of the kind preBB and now almost every class has some type of avoid skill. Edit - As soon as I am unbanned from the Nexon forums later today I will forward all of these ideas to whomever was chosen as the thief/NL representative. I doubt it will do anything but I can hope. And I will also be forwarding any new requests made on this thread. But its already very clear that I was not the only one who thought our survivability
Need help making enough to buy a risk holder Since NW are coming out soon, and since there are rumors of a coin shop coming with them, I am trying to buy a risk holder for my NL. I already have the rest of the RA set, and a 7% luk SW tattoo/glasses that I bought when risk holders were much cheaper (I thought I could get away with buying those first :() The only problem is that I only have 730mil mesos right now. When I checked yesterday it was enough to buy a risk holder, or within 100mil of buying one, on every server except Windia where the cheapest ones being sold are 1.3bil clean and the average is closer to 1.6bil. Paper Airplane stars Where can I recharge them, I tried several stores that will recharge my steelis and hwabis but they won't recharge my paper airplanes. I just picked them up a few days ago and I love them bc they look really cool I think but now I'm sort of running out of them... Also, what is your favorite star to throw? I don't care about damage so much as looks, the +4 attack between my steelies and ilbis do almost nothing for my range tbh
Need some help with Magnus I have the range to kill him, but I can't manage to kill him no matter how hard I try lol I almost always get him down to 25%hp before the 15 min mark and then I usually just end up wasting all of my time dying/rebuffing or dodging his annoying rocks which seem to enjoy clustering right around his blue zone. I only do about 1.5mil per line on him when I'm in the blue zone so it drops to 150k outside of the zone, and this is why I have so much trouble with the last 25%. If I get inside the blue zone it feels like 90% of the time he either spawns poison inside it or does the spinning attack, which dark sight can't dodge for some reason even though its a physical attack, and I can't attack because I have to get out o
Thief Skill Revamp Ummmm. I was reading through the update notes, and the skill revamps were....lacking to say the least. I did not see most of what we were promised unfortunately. NL did nto get more damage on QT or TT, and SR still only hits once. Do you guys think thye are not giving us those skill updates or that they will come in part 2 or 3 or RED?
Range for Von Bon? Whats a good range to fight Von Bon with in a party of 2-3 unfunded players? I just tried to fight him with a Bishop, but she did nothing except dodge him, didn't even try to attack, so I was basically soloing him, and I could only get him down to between 1/2 and 2/3 of his health before he killed me. Right now my range is 21k, was hitting him for 30-40k per line and it would have taken me forever to kill him like that.
How do you kill Gollux Abdomen? I can't kill it, it always takes all of my lives
Nl youtube videos? I can't find any videos of NLs on GMS doing anything. The most recent I could find are this guy Not only are the videos old, but he is really bad at bossing. He wins by just having really high DPS, not because he knows how to fight a certain boss. Just watch his Chaos PB or hard hilla video if you don't believe me. Are there any youtubers worth watching that post videos of NLs? They don't have to be godly and hit 50mils, I prefer videos of players who have just enough range and lots of skill when they kill a boss but either would work Also, I just found this guy Did anyone else know you could stack those explorer buffs like that?

Nl fifth job I was just thinking about what I really would like to see as a fifth job skill seeing as how we were promised 5th jobs. I personally want to see Avenger come back, be super bad*** bc it would be such a high lvl skill. I also want more health and to ignore some of the damage that mobs deal so we can actually train at the high leveled training areas when they are eventually released. What is the ONE skill you would really like to see in 5th job for a NL?
Hard gollux as a Nl I've always done normal gollux, but now I can self buff to 230k+ range so I'm gonna try to do hard gollux starting tomorrow but I have some questions Does anyone know if you lose exp when you die at hard gollux? I need to know if I should waste rewards points on safety charms or not since I tend to lag and will probably die from it at least once Which part of gollux should I kill? The abdomen, or the left shoulder? How many gollux coins does he drop on average? And about how long will it take if normal gollux takes me 2-3 minutes to finish? Also, random question. Death Star hyper So I was going through the update notes for V132, hyper skills, because of a post on the maplestory forums. Anyway I noticed that when Hyper Skills were introduced, Death Star had a damage cap of 3,000,000 which was 3 times the current damage cap. I think this was something really cool about Death Star that I had forgotten about, and a big part of why the skill was so awesome. Especially considering that the skill has a 8 second cooldown, I think that Nexon should modify the skill so that the damage cap for Death Star becomes 150mil, or even just to 100mil. I honestly believe that this is more in line with the original concept for hyper skills (skills that are way beyond your normal skills, as it is its not that much greate
45k range, 650mil mesos? I know that 650 mil is a laughable amount to many of you guys, but its all I have and I have worked hard to earn it. The problem is its not enough to buy any decent piece of equipment so I don't really know what to do with it.
