with a 30% + 10%=40% with a 100% chance to go back if failed. But 1 free every 2 lose in a row. At 18mill per attempt it would take a lot more than 2bill on adverage to get to 15stars since your odds are lower than 50% and you have to pass 2 every time you fail one.

I had 12 star already (Which I've spent billions on) and I was like.. Ok, I'll just try to make mine 13 star now. It's only less than 1% boom.
So it worked. I thought I'd do another one. Yay, it worked. Few min later I decided to yolo. And it worked. Only 3 attempts, all were successful.

That third line on the wep would bother me soooo bad
