10, but theres a upcoming nerf that is gonna cause blast to lose 1 line.

Decided to look it up, since knowing exactly would help calculate range from visual damage. [url=http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=47548&page=47]Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the top post[/url] say that the passive boosts multiply the skill %, but the boosts themselves are additive.
The discussion in question got overrun by a fresh one about Wingbeat, but no one's corrected it so far so should we take it as correct? If you have a source that can confirm that the passive is an additive boost to the skill %, link/PM?

it's not a multiplier, almost of all of Paladin's damage modifiers are additive
Also the bonus hits from advanced charge might go from 2 to 1 in the future because they did that in KMSt

I think it's a multiplier, so 2.1x of 318%. You should check with DPS calculations on SouthP to confirm.
