@soulcrafty while burk and birk arent common names Burke (which is pronounced exaclty the same) was once a common name for a man as Mercedes was for a woman while most of us maplers are under 20 and thus only know of mercedes as a car, it was once a name for women. in fact, my grandma (who is in her eighties) is named Mercedes.
@darkdomo While Buck is a common name for a cowboy, Burke is a common name for the villain in cowboy movies And the line "I'm looking for a man named xxxx" is common for the hero of a cowboy movie to say (with the xxxx part being the name of the villain) at the begining of a cowboy movie when walking into the saloon, similar to how "I heard theres a new sheriff in town" is a common thing for the villain to say when walking into the saloon. So I'd say Jett said Burke
