Question about soloing emp instructors and classes
Other than dbs and phantoms, which class has the easiest and fastest time soloing the v2 instructors so they can obtain emp armor? I put funding for the class at around 40-45 bil :O

Their Hyper Skill is a skill very similar to a Demon Slayer's Bind.
Luminous also have a skill to heal themselves as well as not half bad status resistance plus they can use Equilibrium in case of emergency.
