Question about att
Do % att from nebs or pots add to that weapon only? Or your TOTAL weapon att?
Example: I have a 100 att dagger with 2% att neb, 100 att katara; do i get 2 extra att from dagger or 4 from dagger + katara?

Not true, the potential that has a % only modifies the weapon the neb was placed on.
There were duped 216 atk crimson archglaives in scania with 12 enhancements and even at most, it would not reach 200 atk. The 9% atk gave it the extra 16 atk.
what @dayias said. You can tell since your range appears in red.
It modifies your total weapon attack, not just the weapon attack on the weapon.
