This is the sheet I use when organizing my cwkpq runs. Please do not hate on me if you are not on the sheet, or if someone you don't like is on the sheet, this is simply a list of my most frequent runners and it is always subject to change.

mighta looked better without the 'Confirm' Columns and just put a check mark there
As organized as this might seem because it's a checklist, this is actually really sloppy.

Nah, when updates need to be made, I can erase a few names and put new info. I just make a new copy when stuff gets unreadable, etc.

when run starts everyone is there.
