@hualicious: < is right. It's meant to be a tutorial, the actual skill transfer would always work even without that quest accepted. The bug is still as rampant as ever.
I always did that :O
@wall Don't have to accept the quest to use the link skill. The quest is just a tutorial how to do it.
It doesn't work by accepting it anyway maybe for you? Mine was already accepted and it was glitched just like everyone else.
Curiously, the Kinesis link skill is the first one I've ever had that issue with.
