Stupid dieting

Some guy was saying how he was going to lose weight by going on a 'green' diet.
What I think is, STOP LISTENING TO THE DAMN INTERNET!
I eat however I want and I'm still in a very athletic shape. (Not that much exercise either except maybe a 10 minutes 2 times a week)

I think if someone wants to go on a diet it's their own business unless it becomes a health danger. But it also depends on age, when you are younger, below 20 I guess, its easy to stay thin. But after that the body takes a turn and its way, way easier to get fat for most people. I think the 5:2 diet works great, I lost 5kg on it in a few months. It saves a lot of money too! Wanting to loose weight doesn't have to do have anything to do with internet, it can be a matter of feeling bad for weighing too much as well. Thats what made me want to loose weight, didn't feel comfortable with myself. So now I'm down to 55kg and I feel great! It made me overall more happy because my body is more healthy!

it may not look like it is effecting him from the outside but from the inside....=( he is probably more unhealthy than half of america. =(

Green diet? What is that? Sounds like it'd involves lots and lots of kale and you're gonna end up pooping green and doing some kind of damage to your body e__e
anyways, atm you're very young but it may come back to haunt you when you're older and you're still eating junk more than nutritious food. Not you specifically but yah.
He just wants to look better.
what's wrong with that?
a green only diet sounds like nothing short of depriving yourself of nutrients. sure he may look emaciated by the end of it, but he will be disgustinly unhealthy from lack of proteins, carbs, fats, iron, folic acid, etc.

it's seriously all about balance.

no one ever got fat from eating hamburgers, or pizza.

people only get fat when they eat TOO MUCH OF IT, ALL OF THE TIME.

there's no such thing as unhealthy food. there's only such thing as unhealthy people.
