I screwed up
I accepted the lvl 100 leveling quest on my lvl 149 phantom because it was already close to 150. I didn't know you had to do Black Heaven act 1 to 6. I can't forfeit the quest so I'm stuck. My phantom is too noob to finish the quests with its 15k range. What to do now? I only have 8 mil and a bunch of link skills

@Endurance My phantom was the first character I made on the account after getting hacked. It had absolutely no funds. Everything else I own is mainly untradable. My link skills are on the nooby beast tamer.

some people don't even have basic funding / link skills / character cards

hold up how does a level 149 phantom have 15k range?
it definitly says on the update notes that you need to have done the black heaven chapters by the time you get to lvl 150 for the rewards.
the dificulty of black heaven is based on the lvl of the character so it should be too dificult for lvl 14x.
