Depends on the situation at hand.
If you have a LOT of %boss and decent range. Aka 120% boss 40% pdr and ~70-80k range. You can cap most bosses save PB and Empress.
If you're talking about normal mobs, I'd say capping 100% of the time would require at least 120k range. If not more.
Idk the funding for that in bera.
Approx 15b funding, (dupes eqps ofc)
100k range clean.
