Google it. I'm not even kidding. Each time I get a virus I Google the exact type of virus and so many results show up. :o It's amazing.
If you can't search Google on your infected machine, borrow someone else's, use a different computer, or use your phone/iTouch. Personally I used my iTouch since the virus disallowed me to view web pages, and it worked wonders.

Orrr, you could take the aggressive route and erase your drive then reinstall windows
Download Avast Antivirus - Do a FULL scan
Download - MalwareBytes - Do a FULL scan
Make sure your windows firewall is turned on also
Avast Antivirus - Best free one out there
McAfee- Money but it's ok
Norton- Money decent
