Parallel doesnt work. Im actually playing maple through my macbook air using boot camp.
If you want to use it solely for maple, i suggest you give about 15 gigs. Maple already occupies 10-11gigs of my space.
@Alchemy1234: Yeah, you can delete the Windows partition and reinstall it without issues.
@Skyenets: for #2, after installing windows? o: if so i can reinstall it no problem if i need to uninstall for more memory, right? thanks again
@ryuukie i heard macs come with bootcamp? im not sure about this though :L also L>where to torrent windows ;D lol
@Colors oh i can decide how much i can put on the PC side? are you 100% sure? and if i need more could i change it?
@Skyenets thank you very much
Let me just answer those questions while I'm here.
1. Yes, every Mac comes with Bootcamp. It's located in Applications > Utilities > Bootcamp Assistant.
2. You can decide how much space is given the Windows partition. After installing you can't change it though. I had 300GB to begin with but later uninstalled it and made it 1TB. Just make it about 50% max of your disk ( I did a third of it).
And no problem ^^.

1. Install Windows through Bootcamp (I'm just going to assume you know how to do this).
2. Install Parallels onto your Mac and link it to the Bootcamp partition.
3. Start up Windows through Parallels and go to your regedit. Basically follow this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeJB4YTdJeM
4. Start up Maplestory through the Gamelauncher. Tadaaah
You have to repeat step 3 whenever you restart the computer.
@Alchemy1234: It works on steam while on bootcamp. I haven't tried playing maple through stream on Mac. Also you can decide how much you want to put on the windows side when you installl bootcamp. There should be a part where it let's you decide.
Bootcamp is by far the best way. Find using paralles just makes you dc and lag a lot.
@Alchemy1234
You need a copy of windows in order to run windows in it. I think vmware has a free version that might work, but I got the paid version for free through my school.
@SpiritBag: do you need anything with it to run maplestory like microsoft software? and did you purchase it?
whats that? :L
It's another program like parallels.
I run maple in VMWare on a mac occasionally.
whats that? :L
I run maple in VMWare on a mac occasionally.
I'm using a mac at the moment running maple. Parallels doesn't work anymore. I got bootcamp and it's running fine for me o: So just get bootcamp.
so does it not work through steam? :L im a new mac user soon and im not sure how BC works at all or anything all i know is that it splits the GBs 50/50 to mac/pc (is there any way to control how much it puts on the PC side?)

I had a mac. Returned it since you cant run exe on it. I would sell it and get a Samsung laptop. REALLY good. No lag, nice look. etc
I believe @skyenets has been struggling with this and somehow solved it Perhaps she can point you in the right direction.
