There are 2 lvl 150 sets(warrior class) and im wondering which one is better RA or amateraus

RA because Tyrants are a thing
Definitely RA set, simply because they have additional bonus on each piece.
Also RA has 4 pieces Hat,top, bottom and weapon leaving cape,belt,shoes free which you can equip tyrants giving you a far better boost than amatersu.

They follow a weird naming convention--the pieces are the "Eagle Eye Warrior Armor", "Trixter Warrior Pants" and "Highness Warrior Helm"... all the RA equips follow that sort of style: Eagle Eye, Trixter and Highness, plus the Fafnir weapons.
