How to Get Perm Water Skills
How do I get a perm water skill from the water wars event? I thought if you get 70k total point you get a skill. I've gotten 70k total points and I didn't even get the reward for that so how do I get the skill? o______o"

Unfortunately the patch notes were very misleading, it's actually 150k points instead of 70 and even when your score resets to 0 after a week you'll still get it after your 15th day of maxing out the 10k
