Yes, Orchiroid has two versions.
The Orchiroid with a NPC Shop version has never been given out after the Monster Purge Event
The Orchiroid with no NPC Shop has been sold and given numerous times within multiple Events.
Both Orchiroids can be only traded [b]once through Storage[/b]. After that it will remain untradeable in the next character's inventory

Also, yes the android and heart are movable through storage, with the heart being tradable
