As title states. I get 5 drops from each other boss and 0 shirts? Is chaos Von bon glitched? Am I killing too fast?

I killed him solo and didn't get drops though....
You have to hit him once to get drops
He won't drop any for the looters that come in afterwards who don't hit him once.
I sometimes get that too.
