Connectivity Issues across ALL Nexon Servers.

Greetings Ya'll.

Just a quick note here. Unfortunately, at the moment, we're as much in the dark about this as the rest of you. By now people have normally started arriving in the office but we haven't heard from anyone. This suggests that the Office network is down too.

Since approx 2:30am ALL Nexon Servers - Not just Atlantica - have been experiencing severe lag issues. This extended across game servers, login servers and even the webserver itself. Approximately half an hour after that, until just under an hour ago, the webservers and just about everything else became completely inaccessible.
At time of posting this message; the Maplestory & Vindictus websites are STILL offline.
I stand corrected. Vindictus finally came back up ~10 minutes ago

This is just a little notice to quite simply say: No, it isn't an issue with your computer, but rather an issue on the servers themselves. We've been unable to post until now when the forums finally decided to let us load them up.
At time of posting there is No Known ETA on when things will be back to normal.
As previously stated, we don't even know why the servers are all offline in the first place.

More information will be posted as it becomes available.

From the sounds of things, the earliest ETA we can expect is NOON (12:00pm) PDT.
That is approximately 2 hours, 35 minutes from the time of this post (approx 9:25am PDT).

This should NOT be viewed as an "definitive" time however. Due to the nature of the problem, it isn't easy to predict any potential errors. Typically, during maintenances, the times are assigned based on knowledge. They've done the task so many times (and processed a patch least twice before going to live servers) that they know roughly how long it will take to implement the patch and do some internal QA.
