Assuming you were to Prime Scroll everything else (Hat/Top/Bottom, Eye/Face, maybe a couple Rings), 30% M.Att would actually be better, or at least they were better when I was doing the calculations to figure out if I wanted to rescroll my shield or not.
Prime scrolls were available during the last anniversary event, the ones that work on weapons/hearts give 10 atk, 10 matk, and 3 all stats. The scrolls that work on armor pieces give 10 all stat. All prime scrolls have a 40% pass rate and 30% boom upon failure(so 18% boom). The only way you can use these scrolls at the moment is if you hoarded a bunch from the event, or find a prime scroll service seller.
Yes, shields to count as Armour.
If you can find/afford the prime scrolling, then that would be the best option. The next best thing would be 30% shield for matk scrolls, the next best option would be icogs, then 60% shield for matk scrolls.
How much are they priced at? and please can somebody tell me where to obtain them/ their success rate and the bonuses they give?
I found that priming my shield gave me about 100k range over 24atk
(9) +2 M Att for Shield.
Back in the day when they were available.
Or you could use Prime scrolls for 100int 90luk!
(shields count as armour right?)
You use shield for magic atk scrolls to get the m.atk on there then finish with icogs.
I would like to know this too! Got a timeless prelude just sitting in my marksman's inventory. >.<
