Need someone to propose my scietific theory

Someone needs to test this out!
So my cousin gets to play computer whenever they want and gets very good grades
My friends get to play computer whenever they want and gets very good grades
I cant play computer whenever I want and I gets average grades.
Is it true that if you can play computer whenever you want, you will try harder and get better grades?
So I believe that when I cant play o for instance Maplestory, I cant concentrate. Im lusting for Maplestory. But when I can play whenever I want, I wouldnt have to worry about it cuz I know I can play whenever I want.
So please anyone. Can anyone prove this scientifically so my parents will get the message and will let me play computer whenever I want?
Thanks for reading and hope you can prove this.

Some people are naturally smarter, so they can afford more free time.
You on the other hand, OP, are not one of them.

It's supposed to be the other way around. There are other variables at play most likely. Just because they can play all the time does NOT mean they do. If you manage your time properly, you can find the time to study, do homework, AND play games. Since you can't play games whenever you'd like, spend your time studying more, and you'll find that your grades will rise.
I wont test this for you but ill be glad to provide information.

On average i am on a computer for at least 8 hours a day (which by the way i do nothing productive on) and my GPA is about 2.3.
Well Im not trying to say if I will be a "no-life" I will get good grades. I can control myself. But lately, I havent been doing my homework and been thinking about Maplestory. I mean seriously. Me no computer for an entire week. Fml

Hard work generally trumps cramming in the longer run.
