How do I increase my range?

I only have like a 400mil budget.
For some reason, my range is only 39226~43585 clean
Im level 152 now
Edit: Got better accessory
Tempest Belt 6%Luk
Tempest Shoulder 6%Luk
Tempest Ring 6%Luk
Current Clean Range is 43718~48576

and for my equips i had clean hat
5 atk overall
11 atk cape
5 atk shoes
clean shoulder
15 atk wgs lol
clean baselard
perfected loveless katara
and around ~60% luk
if i had equipped my heart it would have been like 85k but then i got hacked
Get more rings, Pinnacle and Unleash.

once you geta higher range, those links become even better
@killerxohappy: Yeah, 20% damage is WAY too much to pass, and thanks to the 1.5 coupon you get it's worth it.

Potential scroll them and super cube them until you find a decent luk%
Go level, don't worry about your range until 17x.

You can find a 6% luck shoulder/belt for around 50-70m, and just out of curiosity, do you have link skills? They boost your range by quite a bit. Also you can get the ghost ship badge, which you can obtain from the quest in that mp3 place.
Edit: Nvm, it's alright, didn't see you were only level 152. Leveling up is another way to gain a lot of range.
i had bad equips but my range was ~80k o.o

If it's already unique, I would suggest cubing to 9% luk on all your unique items.
Though it may be cheaper to just sell all your unique empress items and buying 9% luk ones for about 1B (Broan prices) each.
At your current budget, I would suggest merching, but if you don't have time for that then upgrade your earrings to 9% luk, get a 6% luk tempest ring, belt.
Get your Raven horn items to 12-18% luk
