Santa missions themselves don't take that long. There are 10 stages that randomly consist of killing monsters, climbing a ladder with steam that can knock you off, and a JQ (skippable). You can only do 3 a day so if you're trying to get the chair/medal/android and you haven't started yet, it's too late for you.
