Uh well pretty much all horror movies are bad if you're looking to get scared. Or maybe it's just me but none of them scare me.

But for Horror I suggest-
The Human Centipede (Gross, bad, and not scary but c'mon everyone has to see it once)
Paranormal Activity (Has a good story to it and can be rewatched over and over and you'll always understand more, but also question more)
The Conjuring (Haven't seen it but want to and heard it's good)
Chucky Child's Play movies (I found it entertaining in a funny way)
The Haunting In Connecticut 1 & 2 (Good stories to them)
The Orphan (kinda creepy/funny)
Scream (all of them - good storyline)
OOOOO and my favorite is Mama (not that scary but the best horror story I've seen by far)

For comedy-
Get Him to the Greek (hilarious like the hangover movies)
Bridesmaids, Identity Thief, The Heat (All have Melissa McCarthy who is hilarious)
Pitch Perfect (Not really completely a comedy but I liked it)

Anyways I hope you try some of the ones I listed because they're pretty good imo. Also if anyone suggests The Last Exorcism don't listen at all. Part 1 is okay but I saw the 2nd one in theaters and it was a total waste of money.

OH and if you're looking for a good series to watch as well I'd recommend Weeds. It's the best show I've ever watched..and I'm rewatching it for the second one right now lol.
