General

* NPC all the pots and equips you won't use that drop from bosses like Zak and Pap. Don't forget to equip the stuff that gives you charm first.
* Collect cubic blades that drop from elite bosses and try to get someone to sell them for you.
* Do Monster Park Extreme for purple senior equips. All of them will automatically be epic potential
* Take advantage of hot times and events by saving some of the stuff and sell it later like keeping witch stews and sell them later.
* Make a Mercedes for the link skill and a Zero for the exp character card

I'd reccomend making a Mercedes for faster training and exp gain. You only really need to worry about equips at 150. At which point you can grab at least the royal warrior armor and the fafnir guardian hammer for pretty cheap. I wouldn't waste my mesos on empress gear because you'll quickly outgrow that lvl range. For lvl 20 mastery books there were a bunch of quests and you can farm some in evo world if you get enough coins.

Hunt or buy some purple senior equips for your ds, that'll increase your damage

Just loot any drops you find and NPC them. Use equipment you find (or get from ToT) until 140 or so, then get a Lionheart set (as they are really cheap nowadays). You should be able to get a main armour set (hat, overall, gloves and shoes) and weapon for under 30m. The shoulders and cape are considerably harder to find for a good price.

Once you're around 130, you can also begin killing normal Zakum for mesos (you can make almost 2m off his equip and pot drops alone every run).

As for making more mesos, any event that gives you sellable swag, get it and sell it. If you can't sell it and it's still useful (like the Sylph rings in this event), do them to give yourself a boost.

IF you get NX, I honestly suggest your first investment to be a permanent pet to assist with the looting. Save the rest for a shop permit when you have enough stuff to sell.

Finally, don't forget the Ardentmill crafting abilities. You can make things that can potentially be worth a lot. Make sure you have someone with every profession. Alchemy is needed to break down junk equips for other reagents like monster crystals (needed for other equips)... and they let you make free pots. Jewell Crafting gets you things like earrings, belts and shoulder pads that you'll have difficulty getting anywhere else (sell good potential earrings or use them yourself). Blacksmithing also has some nice stuff you can use with it.

Well Sao is already done the only way you can get it is with Nx.
Right now gollux is a good option for funding.
Selling Superior ItemCrystals can get you at least 50mil.
Elite boss hunting as well.
