It might be a typo, or the rare 3x heal (that works off your base HP) effect. The cooldown is actually 10 seconds between heals (1x and 2x effect) or so when I tested it.

@MileyTwerks69: It says it does but it really doesn't o.o Call it a glitch of w.e but it works almost all the time, I rarely have to use my pots.

is hayato 6% min crit at 200 or 100?

Basically this ^^ just i go with a evan for mp recovery which is a needed.

and a full purate set (mech 15% buff/Shade min/max crit 5%/Xenon forgot card xD)
