Ted Cruz compares himself to Galileo

Anyone else find it ironic that someone religious who is anti-abortion is comparing himself to Galileo who's work and support for heliocentrism had such a large influence in the anti-church revolution?

He wants to get rid of Obamacare but is signing up for it.
He wants to get rid of the IRS but still wants a tax system.
Ted Cruz is a joke. If Republicans end up backing him then they are asking for defeat.
