Can't find the frozen set quest
Hey guys. I started playing couple days ago and yesterday hit lv100 with a burning character. I've read that there's a reward called 'frozen set' for people who reach lv100 with a burning character but I can't seem to find the quest in star or the question bulb on the left side. Is this reward no longer obtainable or am I missing something? Thanks.

@awkwardmage: Oh, well... Maybe EMS doesn't gave the frozen set this time. When I did, I got the set, but this was in like mid/2015, so... Yah, maybe you can try to send a ticket to Nexon or else you will not get the set, sorry

This Burning event isn't supposed to give out any rewards. NexonEU knows, it's intentional. I burnt my Shade and got nothing as well.
well does it say you can burn that character again?

@awkwardmage It probably means it got reset due to a few days ago. They had one set for july/early august and a new one for mid august/september.
In short you probably didn't accept quest beforehand while kindled and now theres a new wave of enkindlement.
@ereckgoose: There's a small red flame right under my character on the login screen. Before 100 it used to be pretty big. Don't have any quests anything close to that in my star though
Is your current character kindled (Dark Souls 3 reference), as in on fire?
Left side with the icons on the Star, it should be one of the quests there.
It's marked as "[EVENT] The Burning Project!"
