Pokemon experts come (I need team help)

Ok, i'm restarting competitive battling after a hiatus of like 2 years. I have came to learned that

1. Salamence is uber (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO)
2. Machamp is a common lead? wth
3. Skarmbliss is now outdone by Cele/Heatran/Cune
4. Latias is uber as well >_>

Anyways, finding myself having a hard time, i decided to go back to using one of my most successful teams. Unfortunately, both Salamence and Latias became uber so i had to brain storm again. This is my current team.

It's revolved around haxing and paralyzing. It's main goal is to set up a Suicune sweep by making you slow, and the constant haxing/paralyzing is there to mess with your head to bait you into making mistakes. This team's goal is to try to frustrate my opponent to get me into a good position to sweep.

Please try to tear it apart so i can fix its weaknesses.

Jirachi@Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Att/ 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
Iron Head
Fire Punch
Stealth Rock
Body Slam

My lead. First thing i did was try to find out what the common leads were and how to stop them. Since my team isn't particularly weak to SR, i don't make stopping SR a priority. Below is what i do vs the top 10 common leads.
Azelf: i body slam and start flinching.
Machamp: i just start flinching because i'm faster and i know 99% of lead machamps have a lum berry.
Aerodactyl: I body slam and iron head. If you taunt, i win. If you SR, i win. If you EQ, i win with less health.
Metagross: I switch to Rotom.
Swampert: I haven't seen many. I usually just body slam and switch.
Jirachi: I body slam. If it's scarfed and tricks me, i'll take the scarf ;D
Infernape: I usually switch to Rotom or Togekiss
Roserade: Hax to death
Heatran: Switch to Togekiss
Ninjask: People still use this? >____________________>

Togekiss@Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/ 6 Def/ 252 SpD
Calm Nature
Air Slash
Heal Bell
Thunder Wave
Roost

My Special wall and secondary parahaxer. It's just too funny to use him.

Rotom-H@Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs:128 HP/ 212 Spe/ 168 SpA
Timid Nature
Shadow Ball
Charge Beam
Will-O-Wisp
Substitute

Charge rotom can shred unprepared teams.

Scizor@Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP/ 252 Att/ 8 Def
Adamant Nature
Bullet Punch
Super Power
U-Turn
Pursuit

Scizor. Nuff said.

Azelf@Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Naive Nature
Explosion
Flamethrower
Grass Knot
Trick

It was originally latias. I am now saddened by this loss. Trick is for those nasty walls. Explosion to end with a bang. Flamethrower for steels. Grass Knot for Swampert.

Suicune@Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def/ 4 SpD
Bold Nature
Surf
HP Electric
Calm Mind
Substitute

The finisher I originally had sleeptalk cune but i like subcm more.

Right now, i know my team has a weakness to Blissey because Azelf is essentially my only out. Any suggestions?

Most of them were to outspeed certain threats or to turn certain 2HKOs to 3HKOs or to turn 3HKOs on my enemies to 2HKOs

I might try a Heatran/Vaporeon/Breloom core and just add in Jirachi/Rotom/Togekiss

If youre leaning towards stall, I gotta say my all time favorite to use is TormentTran.
And yes, any version of Breloom is very annoying.
If you want something that annoys the crap out of things. SubSeed Breloom is your go-to-man. It can handle Blissey too. CB Scizor only does 45% - 53.1% with BP against a Specs Jolteon. Scizor can 1HKO it with U-Turn, but it'd have to suffer 72.6% - 85.7% from Thunderbolt.
Breloom instead of Cune..hmm, interesting =O
I actually tested a subseed sceptire at one point but i'll def try breloom

I tried DD Dragonite but it just didn't seem "good enough". Maybe ill try it again. Azelf is my second revenge killer but i'm willing to take suggestions. And for Jolteon, i can usually revenge kill with Scizor.

Any pokemon suggestions?

I'd run bulky DD Dragonite. Azelf seems really frail for this party which seems like stall. Physical MixApe is dangerous to this team. Jolteon might cause some problem to this team seeing how a Rotom is the only Poke resistant to Electric attacks.
