they are pretty decent, very tanky and cool

They are a very good class, maple has always let players get a ton of hp if they knew what they were doing but now its on overdrive. decent hb and ephenia's soul add a combined extra 80%. You can get +10k hp in dojo (+15 secs) which is like an extra 100% hp.
%hp is cheap, desperados are cheap, we get a ton of pdr, perfect stance is amazing, i have a ton of status resist(74%), flying is nice
Overall its a great bossing class,

Don't you think that's a little contradictory? You some hard to please given all the classes pretty much stick to 2-3 attacks and a few buffs (the same as DA)

HP% equips ARE cheap, but they're also very hard to find since only DAs benefit from it.

OT: DAs are great unfunded to semi-funded, but do NOT play the class if you're trying to fund it to the max.
DAs don't hit cap damage even when they reach the HP cap of 500,000, making ATT% and Total Damage% the only way to further increase your range, whereas every other classes can rack up as many STR/DEX/INT/LUK% bonuses as they want. Plus if you decide to quit your DA, you'll have a miserable time selling your equips.

But disregard all that if you want to play the class just for fun and couldn't care less about damage.

I find DA to be a lovely class, with pretty good bossing and mobbing once you get the 170 hyper skill. DA is extremely tanky which I like a lot since I can't stand squishy classes. Not sure about those comments above, but I find hp% gear quite easily and cheap too.

@probandit50 what are u talking about, getting items with unique HP% etc is so easy and cheap idk if it is just cause ur in windia but ppl have forgotten about DA in scania cause HP Unique equip only goes for 800mil - 2bil(depending if atk % is included), but HP pot drops the price

DA are the most expensive class. (need you make your own equips) Yet they can be the cheapest if you buy them at a good price from the Free Market.

I completely find DA to be quite repetitive despite the amount of skills they get. Every certain amount of attacks you basically HAVE to heal or use the skill that heals you, which seems like a bother whilst training.

DA is a great backup main, if that's what you're looking for. Relatively inexpensive, great survivability, great damage. It may not be as good of a mobber as DS but they're good. DA thrives in 1v1 rather than mobbing though so if you're into bossing you'll have fun. Don't be deterred by lack of attacking skills in 2nd or 3rd job. It gets a lot more fun in 4th with Nether Shield and Execution.
