Purchased Nx, not recieved?
I purchased some NX about 5 minutes ago online using my debit card, but the transaction record shows no purchase on the nexon website nor is the amount I purchased ingame. I have checked my online banking statement and it shows that the transaction has been made?
Anyone else experienced the same problem? What do? Should I write a ticket to nexon or keep waiting for a bit longer? In previous purchases I have never had to wait so I have no idea what's going on.

@aznunlt I'd send a ticket, just to see what's the hold up. Just whatever you do, don't cancel the payment on the banks side of things. Nexon bans your account until you "Pay them back", if you cancel or refund.
it takes time for the money to be transferred. Instant transfers only occur when you are at a bank itself and talking to a representative to do your exchanges.
so give it some time.
you should hopefully have done this through paybycash /interact options on nexon's website for this to work.
