The joke for those who don't get it is that everyone and their mom seems to still be unaware of the fact that maps only have high spawn rate after being kished multiple times, and that this spawn rate always resets after an sc.
They take the inflated spawn rate to be "normal" and after every sc there's 10 posts about how the spawn got "nerfed" because it hasn't been re-kishined yet.

I don't think this would be an issue; I'm unsure, but it seems like mobs are despawned in the unused maps until someone walks in. Some maps anyways. If it doesn't, they should do this.
Besides, they have introduced a skill that increase spawn rates. Where did you get this prediction?
