Are You Stuck In El Nath?
I copied this from a Nexon Forum, however it worked for me. Passing along to you:
PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TO FIX AND CANT WAIT. According to Artasi Pets and andriods are the ones crashing us. I was able to get out of El nath with this fix.
STEP 1: Log onto Maplestory On a channel that you remember. Lets say ch 10?
REMEMBER THE CHANNEL YOU LOGGED INTO!
Step 2: Make sure you click star Planet before clicking your character
Step 3: your going to crash in el nath.
REMEMBER. YOU ARE GOING TO CRASH!
step 4: relaunch the game and LOG ON THE SAME CHANNEL you logged in before. Channel 10.
step 5: your in star planet now. Go inside cash shop put pets inside cash shop. Take off andriod.
step 6. get out of star planet. Your inside el nath with no DC.

Yay twinsies.
I tried this and now my character's stuck in the screen with the star planet welcome pictures...except there's just a black screen after the first picture.

When i'm at star planet, I can't seem to put the snail pet from the event into the cashshop. .___.

ooooooooh that explains it. Yea only my higher leveled/more funded characters have androids/pets.
I think @baconmmm is right because I was in El Nath on like 12 of my characters. None of them dced. But my main + my dual blade both got stuck. They both have androids + pets.
I d/ced there today, You're there for the entire time in the black blur of entering the map. I waited 30minute and then forced closed maple.
So yes, almost everyone except you good sir d/ced in elnath today.
As for me, who didnt use star planet, i simply maxed out my resolution and graphics since my graphics is always on lowest setting and it worked!
You will only get stuck if you have one of the following:
An active pet / a pet on your person (put it in CS)
An active android
Is everyone getting stuck, or just some? None of my characters got stuck in el nath. Went there and did my daily zak runs with no problems.
