Anyone here vape?
And by vape, I mean use electronic cigarettes. I'm considering switching for various reasons, but I'd like to know some opinions from others. How long have you used electronic cigarettes and how long have you smoked traditional cigarettes? What is your favorite brand? How does the vapor feel? Do you get the same type of sensation out of vaping as compared to smoking? I look forward to your input

@Thiefy996: Well you've lots to learn. Quitting smoking after you've already got the addiction is not easy, some people take 10 years to get cleaned and it's rough. Although, even if my friend decides to go back into smoking, I'm not gonna mock him about it or tease him. The part that matter most was that he took the first step to quitting and he really tried and is still trying.
I'm rooting for him and even if he gives up, well... I'm still proud of him for getting this far.
On the bright side though, the vapor is so thick it's easy to do some nifty tricks with.
They said I was a natural because I can make the little rings and the fog breath thing

I went to the beach with a couple friends in May and tried one.
They're not that bad.
But I'm not the type to smoke a lot so... yeah.
Bought a Blu e-cig today and I gotta say, it wasn't that enjoyable I was hoping to get maybe half the high from a pull, ended up getting little to no high from a pull twice the duration of a regular pull. But I'll try other flavors and whatnot, hoping to maybe substitute a great high with great flavor. lol...
I only have a Da-Vinci herbal vaporizer for various natural herbs. I've never tried tobacco though and don't plan on it.

Vape with bob is the best.
Why switch from cigs to something that is basically just nicotine air?
Because nicotine air doesn't give you lung cancer.
C'mon, that wasn't hard to figure out, right.
Right.
i had one because everyone had one and it looks fun. never smoked before.
@BadgerDontCare: I have a clearomizer. So cleaning after I use up a tank. The wicks only last like 2-3 tanks worth and even if you clean the wicks, the drag that you get from them really diminishes, which requires me to buy more wicks.
I smoked hookah and switch to a vape. I have a K100 as of right now, I dont get the same sensation but I get the sensation(<---- yes i know it sounds weird) as if i was smoking hookah. I just don't get the milky clouds with the vape since i need to buy a new filter </3.
If you trying to get the same nicotine sensation that cgis have, just get flavor with nicotine with it.
Enjoy them while they are unregulated. Many states are planning to outlaw some flavors, public use, and legal age.
I do hope to completely replace my weekly pack of Newport shorts with Blu cigs. The starter pack seems pretty convenient with the multiple charging methods and whatnot, but the main thing for me is the feel of the pull. I guess there's no other way for me to find out than buying a $10 disposable
The pull won't be the same, unfortunately, with the biggest reason being there is no combustion from an ecig. Yeah, go for the disposable though, the health benefits compared to regular cigs alone is enough to switch, even though it probably won't be the same experience.
@Gmayn And the nicotine that I crave, as well as the sensation of smoking that I have grown so accustomed to, and the convenience of being able to do it virtually anywhere.
You realize you are paying for water vapour..
It felt good, the first disposables I bought were way smoother then the menthol cigarettes I was smoking before. If it's a hobby you're going to continue, I'd say go for the starter pack. Don't buy 'High' nicotine carts, though, it takes away a lot from the flavor. I bought a pack of high vanilla a while ago and they all tasted pretty bad, but oh well. Unless you really need the nicotine, I'd also suggest going with none/low nicotine levels, medium at the highest, to get the most flavor from the carts.

How was the sensation from Blu? Was the Blu stater pack worth it as compared to just buying a disposable each time?

Started with a disposable Blu ecig from 7-11 (don't get them from Walmart, the one I got from there tasted burnt on the first puff), then bought the basic Blu pack, then I got a Spider vape which uses liquid. All in all, I think I prefer my Spider to the Blu carts only because of the amount of vapor I can take in. My favorite taste is still Menthol from my Blu ecigs, though.
One of my friends moved from smoking to vaping so he can slowly quit smoking. I'm pretty proud of him for taking the initiative, he's been going on for almost 2 years now and vaping less. All in all i think it's a good alternative...
I switched the vaping from smoking cigs.
Then I got lazy of the maintenance and gave up smoking all together.
Maintenance as in buying more cartridges?
I have a vape pen but not for tobacco
Works pretty well and the element heats whatever is inside it to a more optimal temperature than a lighter
My parents switched to it.
It's becoming a fad now. Even people that don't smoke do it. They just use the vapor ones.
