What are these items?
I got these ETC items from Zakum's loot. What are they used for? I'm guessing it has something to do with those level 150 sets with the Japanese names?

Yeah I got it from normal Zakum. The first two I got from one Zakum, the last one I got about 3 runs before.

@HolyBanish: Normal Mode is easily soloable, he does basically no damage and has no real way of killing you other than his weak and easy to spot Damage Reflect.
He just has a lot of HP
@holybanish normal is soloable, search for proxiedGMS to see what its like,

Ranmaru drops recipes now (both normal and Madman)
