Whats wrong with Meso Guard?
I decided to make a Shadower to mess around with, and I noticed that each time I level up Meso Guard, the amount of "Damage Blocked" goes down... Isn't that making the skill worse? Or is there something I'm not understanding?

its like that
it also reduces the meso spent blocking it and increases duration
