I never specified what lines.
I've seen 12% Str/Dex both go for under 2b. I've yet to see a pair in the FM cubed for Int or Luk though, but both would cheaper than Str/Dex.
The pair I bought was 12% Str.

lol. Stirgeman Pants are nowhere near that. I've seen 3 line unique ones for under max several times.
I even bought my 2nd pair (which are also 3 line unique, and clean) for 1.8b.
@Green4EVER: You could spend 5b on a 21% overall or 5b on 12% stirge pants and a 6% 2nd tier top

One of the first tier tops is your only option. You can still get 4-5% main stat on them fairly easily (excluding the Nebulite).
I use an Android Vest, but you can no longer make those and it's highly unlikely that anyone has one that's even tradeable.

You do realize a 3rd tier bottom in combination with a 1st or 2nd tier top heavily outweighs an overall, right? Unless of course the overall is an Empress and is heavily Chaos Scrolled for att/m.att.
@Aerolyze: exactly, no 3rd tier top/bottom. Instead of a 7-slot bottom with 12% dex, get a 10-slot overall with 12% dex for less than 1/2 the price.
the 12% dex is worth little to nothing, as most people use the stirge pants for hb. Nevertheless, it's most likely gonna rack up a few bil, unless prices changed.
