Kill faster
More PQs in a smaller time frame
You can do 10 pqs during the 4x exp and get massive exp from it
SE more crits more crit damage more damage kill faster

Best is having hs, si, and other party buffs. If you can get those before you go in that's the best.

Going solo is better exp, but you have to be able to solo. Also if you are going to solo have a friend, or mule, Bishop give you hs then kick them out of the party for more exp.
