Chrome text bigger out of nowhere

So when I turned on Google Chrome, I noticed all the text was much larger, including the tabs and search bar and everything around it. I also got a popup saying that my proxy settings had been changed or something, and that I was being monitored or something. I selected change to default, but nothing came afterwards.

One thing to note is that I do use Hola to access Pandora since I live in Canada, but I only use it for that one site to change my proxy to be in the USA. After everything got bigger and the popup with the proxy change came up, Chrome disabled Hola by itself, and I had to manually re able it.

Here's a picture of how things got and look "bigger." I don't know if it'll help too much, but it may.
Last night, everything was perfectly fine, and nobody used my computer during the time i turned it off and on today.

Thanks for any input guys

is it just chrome or everything? your resolution on your computer might have been changed. right click on your desktop and screen resolution in the resolution tab, go to the one that says recommended

It's not so much the text. I should've made the title "Search bar and tabs grown in size," or something like that.
Zooming doesn't do anything to the tabs bar and search bar. Those got maybe twice as big as it is usually for me, and I want to reduce it since I can't see too much on my screen with how big everything is now
