Dcing 10seconds into game
So since the Black Cipher update went live, I can no longer stay online for more than 10 seconds. During that 1 patch they took it out, everything was fine again.
I tried ending proccess of BC, and putting priority to low, but i still dc. This leads me to believe that it might not be BC's fault after all.
If anyone might have an idea on how to fix this, please let me know. I have tried Gamebooster 3, and that did nothing at all.

I have already multiple times. No luck.
I've also made sure to check that ALL maplestory files were deleted before reinstalling
