Unless you really want the extra % stat, I would recommend keeping it. Trading 6-9% stat for 20% drop is usually a pretty good deal, and it'll save you the effort of swapping that particular item.

My characters that can cap and also have 2m~2m unbuffed have 1% nebs and their sweetvvaterr stuff is less than 15% and their hearts are level 30 lidium hearts that are epic. There's no need to recube every gear if your goal is simply bossing. If you goal is hitting cap on normal mobs, however, recube and keep on going for way higher than that.
