Funding for a future Nw
I have 2.6b to spend (will hopefully accumulate more by the release) but for now, what should I buy to be the most cost effective? Assuming I'm starting from scratch on the character. I have no evo rings, nothing.

The fafnir claw could or could not inflate due to the fact that since these two classes are very strong, they would be able to do chaos vellum, the problem is people are just overpricing!
Uhm start with a RA set and get a decnt claw or merch you're way up.
