Inner Ability - Post Rising Heroes Elite Update
I know this is rather late, but now that the system has changed, I have a few questions on it.
1. If you use honor exp to reset your ability and don't lock the rank, can the rank drop? (The answer is probably yes, I just want to confirm it.)
2. I know if you lock the rank, it can't drop, but can it go up? Like from unique to legendary?
3. What's the best first-line unique inner ability for a Shadower?
4. What's the max amount of attack you can get from the first line on a unique inner ability?
5. For a Shadower, is +32 ATT better than +32% Buff Duration?
6. Is it still worth it to use circulators that drop from bosses? And can you lock the rank while using those?

It's either honor exp reset or circulator reset, both of which can cause the rank to go down. There is the Cash Shop circulator, but while it can go up to legendary without a risk of falling down, it costs 1,900 NX per try. Too expensive if you ask me.

You can reset until it goes up a rank, but there's a far likelier chance of falling down a rank.

It's way more likely to go down than up, and you probably aren't locking unless you're at unique or legendary. Of course we'd like it to rank up, but it depends if you're fine with staying at Unique.
You can only save specific lines when locking, so that's another reason.

3. crit rate, attack, and boss damage are all decent
4. 23 is the highest I've seen
5. yes, imo
6. It's worth using them until your inner ability is unique at which point you should use honor exp for the chance of getting to legendary. You can't lock with them.

But why wouldn't people want the rank to go up? I thought the higher the rank, the better?

@Symphs Thank you. Although that's kinda annoying to spend 5,100 honor exp points and lose the ability to rank up.

Yes.

No.

You can use em still for ranking to unique, but you can't lock them.
