Anvils and Tranposing Empress/SW Gear
If I were to transpose my Empress gear that's already anviled, how can I keep the anviled look of my Empress items after transposing? Would it be to anvil the SW item I'm transposing my Empress onto?

@ItzATrapp: the SW looks like a SW still, from what I have experienced atleast..
so what happens is both the emp AND the SW disappear, and you get a new post transposed item, that's how it works from what I have done (transposed 2 items). I only say this because the transposition only takes the SW's base stats, and not w/e is on the item itself, so when you transpose, always look for the cheapest SW available, don't look for the stats. if you plug in a SW and a base item, it will show you the new item if you hover over the SW in the transposition window, and it should look like a normal SW again.

That's what I was asking, but I'm not sure if the other posters are answering to this or not.

Can I anvil the SW item before transposition? Will it keep the appearance after the transposition?
u will need to re anvil.
The anvil will not carry over.
