I forgot to mention my second question. Is +22 All Stats and +37 ATT generally better than the difference between level 19 Savage Blo and level 20 Savage Blo? Thank you to whoever can directly answer my first and second question.

And sure you can max most skills, but you can't max them all. That's what you said. I've done tons of calculations on Beast Tamer skills, different skillbuilds, getting rid of useless skills, etc.

Okay, so let me explain. Savage Blo is not maxed because I'm a goof, and we're probably not getting any SP reset scrolls anytime soon. In the mean time, I'm not sure whether to use the Leafre Codex Set so that while mobbing (which is Boomerang Stab + Savage Blo) Savage Blo is level 20 instead of level 19 or to use the Future Hene Set (which is 3% ATT and benefits my range).

Can't the leafre codex bring it up to level 20?

@iCodykins: If you use enough of these lines, you can get to max [b]most[/b] of the skills (You gotta get +4 or 5 IIRC...)
I was actually told this by Bewaken (Brother of ZeroByDivide)
You can "max" all of your skills 5 levels earlier, thus saving 5 or 4 points for every skill, it lets you use it on other skills, "maxing" other skills.

you can't max all beasts with + skill potentials. it helps but it's impossible to max all of them

Because Shadowers are supposed to chain SB + BS, typically.

You're going to eventually max all your skills so I don't see why the difference in lv19 and lv20 matters.
Since that potential cant make a skill go over their max level the 3% ATT would obviously be better.

and what are you comparing? Monster Book Set effects? you're supposed to compare the 30% Ignore vs 3% Atk, not to the +1 All Skill levels
if it's potential, 3% attack will actually be useful towards your dmging skills rather than something that you shouldn't be using at all
