Job Changed Nl

Edit #2: As the other questions have been answered, my last few are:

1.) For hyper skills, what should I assign my points to in the (P) section? I'm assuming the max all the quad star hypers, but I'm not sure what to use the last two points on.

2.) Does Frailty Curse work like PDR %? Does it save you at bosses who do HP % damage? Like CVellum I think?

3.) For Night Lord's Mark, if I'm level 212, does that mean each star from it does "60% + (2.12)%"?

So I've decided to become a NL because I found a decent deal on a claw, secondary weapon, and stars. I've got a few questions, which are:

1.) Are there any macros I should know about for NL? For example, Shads use the macro "Boomerang Stab + Savage Blo" to mob.

2.) Ignoring cost, the best stars are Balanced Furies, correct?

3.) I'm confused about one of the 4th job skill descriptions. It's the skill called "Showdown." It states:

"Attacks up to 6 enemies and provokes them, making them untouchable." + "Provoked enemy becomes untouchable."

What does this mean?

Lastly, does anyone have a Transparent Claw in Bera I could borrow to anvil after I transpose my claw?

Edit: Forgot to add in this question.

4.) Assuming a claw's speed is fast (4), if a NL uses claw booster skill, they'll hit the speed cap of (2), right? That is, unless they use a green MPE potion.
In regards to Taunt (Showdown), the enemy's touch damage is disabled for 120 seconds. This applies to bosses too like the rush move that Magnus uses.

For Hyper Skills, if you're bossing, then a point on Purge Area to make it affect bosses is mandatory. The last point can be on anything like Taunt - Enhance for a 1.2x Drop Rate Increase on bosses.

Purge Area works like Threaten as the debuff effect applies to the enemy. The effect is 30% PDR (Defense) when the enemy is in the hit-box range, and their damage (Attack Power) is reduced by 30%. It doesn't work on % HP damage.

60% + 212% (character level) = 272% damage for Mark of Night Lord.
Oh okay, thank you. It said 1% of player's level so I just thought (212*.01)%.

1. No.

2. Yes.

3. Showdown just makes the mobs that you hit unable to do touch damage. I'm pretty sure that only the effect of increased exp and drop apply to bosses.

I have a transparent claw, but as of now, I don't have access to maplestory. I got it to drop from homunculus (not sure if it's the right name... same monster that you encounter on the 3rd stage of r&j), if that helps.

I don't know the answers to your second set of questions.

Alright, thank you guys for the answers. Last few things I'm stumped on are these:

You can keep increasing (decreasing?) ur speed cap making u attack faster as long as you have a MPE pot. If you have that active you can break the speed cap. It's so awesome having booster, a fast claw, MPE pot and the rune that increases (decreases?) ur speed by 2 stages. You attack so fast!

Normal Speed cap is (2), so you reach it with booster alone. MPE green boosts speed 1 stage and allows you to break cap, so it puts you at (1) speed.
The delay on your attacks is BaseDelay * (Speed + 10) / 16 rounded up to the nearest multiple of 30ms. Where BaseDelay is the delay at normal (6) and Speed is your current attack speed.

@Experiencing Thanks for the detailed post.

I guess there aren't any combos then, although macros are good for buffing.

Also, does that pass-through effect work on bosses? I'm also going to assume that monsters can still damage you through the use of magic-attacks.

Showdown is your main mobbing skill so don't worry about that description you can still spam it
