Up-to-date training guide

Anyone got an up-to-date training guide? Starting a new character or few in Bera, and dunno where to train aside from R&J(can't find a party all the time)
Currently lv75 and a Sniper.

@Pufin @meowingsan Thanks both of you for your input. I will start doing Zak runs once my exams are over. And sorry to TS for stealing the thread, it wasn't my intention, but I already believe he got his answer long before I even commented
@Pufin: I hit around 150k (?) per line. Around 200-250k with critical hits. I'll give Normal Zak a go and try it out. I have nothing to lose, except some EXP if I die so why not. Also, the Zak prequests are no longer required, right? I don't want to go through that whole jump quest nonsense again.
That range is more than enough. I can solo it easily with my no funding lvl 110. No prequest, just talk to your 3rd job instructor
@meowingsan: I'm actually a level 152 Wind Archer, with probably around ~40k range fully buffed, if I remember correctly (I haven't played Maple in over a week because exams). Full CRA and the rest of my equips are Empress. All are clean equips. Would this be enough to solo normal Zak in your opinion?
Normal zak is actually very easy. I wouldn't be surprised of you can kill him in 10 seconds or so
@VoidWreck: It's decent enough if you're new to the game. If not then just extract 120+ equipment to get superiors and sell those.
Thanks
You can do easy zak 2 times a day. It resets at midnight (pacific time.) You just go to El Nath, talk to your job person, and get teleported to the cave of zakum. Talk to the guy and ask for eye of fire. Go into the portal and choose easy zak. Make a party by yourself, enter, and kill him.
Would this also be a good money making method? o.o

@meowingsan Will do, is there a timer in between runs like other Zaks? Or, is it 1 eye of fire per day, or something along those lines?

@meowingsan Thanks again, definitely feel that one'll help me more atm since I've got no link skills or funding.

I'd do MPE (Monster Park Extreme, great EXP) and Monster Park.
You can check out this guide for reference: http://ayumilove.net/best-maplestory-training-spots-guide-v5/
Edit
@BravePotato Isn't MPE 100-140? Not getting a quest for the tickets atm. But thanks for the link
I forgot they updated MPE. I remember it used to be for Lv 70+.
