Well i got it from a event!
And i scrolled the sword! xD + in hot time we got Flame stone thing so i used on my sword and it got stronger :-D

Try getting a better hat, it should help you alot!
P.S. 3% Warrior gear is really cheap! Get some 3% neos top/bottom/shoes, and it should help you alot with the attack you have.
