Doing the math, I see that 1728 NX per cube in the regular deal and 1650 NX per cube in this new deal, not including the gold awakening stamp.

Not saying that your point is any less valid - just saying that they're including more in the package for a little more money but not so much that they're ripping you off in comparison to regular prices.

It's a common marketing trick.

Rather than giving you only one option that is a "sale", they give you two (or more) options with one being obviously the better "deal" than the others so the buyer has a heightened sense that they a getting a good "bargain" and are more likely to purchase.

The person is trying to say that if you want one deal the second doesn't make sense. Actually, it doesn't make sense to me either, but they offer the same thing every time a cube sale comes up. Perhaps Nexon is using the the strategy where you intentionally make one deal look better than another to persuade people that buying the first is a good deal even when both are rip offs? We're paying real life money to change the colors of pixels after all.
