Number of Mastery Books Needed?
Is there a certain number of mastery book 20s and mastery books 30s that each class needs? Or is it different for each class (I'm assuming it's the same because everyone gets the same number of ap)?

It depends on the class. For example, Cygnus Knights, Zero and Beast Tamers all get their skills without books.
When it comes to quests that give you an option between 20 or 30 books, get the 30. You can always get 20 books from Evo for 250 coins.
