I need to ask about the nexon support
Have the nexon support in general improved over the last few years? I've been back for about a month now and i understand there is a live chat now? And in general no complaints about the support system.

I sent a ticket in about a hacker in pvp and it got looked it in like an hour. A ticket I sent about me losing an item and needing it back was about a day to be looked at.
The tickets I send usually get a response either in the same day or the very next day.
Yeah I remember when I sent a few tickets before 2012 and it took nearly 6 months to get a real response. Just yesterday I sent a ticket and they responded within 4 hours.
